Individual Therapy
We offer psychological therapy for children and adults to treat all mental health disorders and life difficulties. Each psychologist has their own areas of interest and treatment approaches which can be viewed on their staff profile.
Our fee schedule for Individual therapy is as follows:
Provisional Psychologist – $150 per 50 minute session
Registered Psychologist – $250 per 50 minute session
Clinical Psychologist – $295 per 50 minute session
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Unfortunately, sessions with a Provisional Psychologist do not attract a rebate from Medicare.
Some psychologists may offer after-hours and public holiday appointments, surcharges may apply for these appointments.
While we are not an NDIS registered provider, self-managed participants are welcome to reach out for support.
Our full Schedule of Fees can be found here.
We have a passion for conducting cognitive and behavioural assessments to assess for intellectual disability, giftedness, specific learning disorders (e.g. dyslexia) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) for children (6 years +) and adults. We are also able to offer assessments for Autism for ages three and older, including adulthood.
It is important to us to help individuals, parents and teachers make sense of the results of the assessments and utilise strength based approaches to recommend interventions. We endeavour to always base our final conclusions on ‘what is true of and best for the client’ rather than key stakeholders’ preferences.
Assessments include an initial parent interview, up to three testing sessions, questionnaires for parent and teacher (or the individual) to complete, and a feedback session to explain the results. A school visit can also be helpful in certain circumstances and will be discussed with you during the initial interview if necessary.
Psychological Assessments
Our new endeavor at Feel to Heal is to provide group therapy programs to cater to all people with various challenges. Group therapy is an amazing opportunity to connect to other people from similar walks of life which can help you to feel validated and understood. It is also a great chance to build upon social skills and have great opportunities to learn from everyone around you.
Depending on the group set up, you may be able to claim a rebate from Medicare under your Mental Health Care Plan. For NDIS participants, most groups are usually eligible to utilise your funding.
We run a few different groups depending on age and presenting difficulty; click here to check them out!

Becoming a psychologist is hard; often we are plagued by ‘imposter syndrome’ and supervision is such an invaluable resource to build an early career psychologist’s confidence and own clinical judgement. We have a passion for supporting these psychologists to figure out who they want to be as clinicians, refine their skills, and be a mentor to guide them through these difficult early stages and anything thereafter.
Some of our psychologists are AHPRA accredited supervisor and are able to be primary or secondary supervisors for 4+2 or 5+1 internships, Masters placements, or for those completing their Clinical Psychology registrar program.
Please enquire about rates and availability for supervision.
