Payment Policy
We offer convenient payment options, accepting payments both in person through Tyro and online via Stripe, ensuring flexibility for our customers. We do not burden our clients with additional EFTPOS or similar transaction fees. Once the payment is processed, if applicable, we will process any eligible Medicare claim/s on your behalf. Some appointment types require a deposit to be paid to secure the appointment.
Please be aware that automatic cancellation fees may apply under certain circumstances as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Importantly, we do not engage in third-party billing, prioritising direct transactions for transparency and ease of management. However, we will happily work with you to ensure your receipt provides the required information to assist with NDIS self-submission or for insurance purposes, where applicable.

Cancellation Policy
Feel to Heal Psychology’s cancellation policy requires clients to provide at least 48 hours’ notice before their scheduled appointment to avoid charges. Failure to do so will result in the client being liable for the full appointment fee, except for assessment cancellations which are charged at a reduced rate of 50%.
The policy aims to mitigate income loss for our psychologists due to unfilled appointments and ensures availability for other clients. Clients are reminded of appointments through various means including text messages, and automatic charges may apply for late cancellations, using securely stored credit card details. Future appointments won’t be scheduled until outstanding balances are settled, and unpaid fees may lead to referral to a debt collection agency after 14 days.

Unaccompanied Children Policy
We understand that from time-to-time parents / carers (guardian) may be required to leave the premises while their child is in their therapy, assessment or group therapy session/s. By leaving Feel to Heal Psychology, the guardian is consenting to this policy where the child will be under the supervision and care of the treating Psychologist. Guardians are held responsible for the timely collection of the child at the agreed upon time for the child’s session conclusion.
Late collection of your child will incur a fee for the psychologist to retain duty of care until parent /carer returns.
