Hi, I’m Caitlin!
At the heart of my work as a qualified Social Worker is a belief that people deserve support that truly listens and responds to their needs. My experience working in out of home care, family preservation and grief & loss has led me to develop a passion for challenging systems that do not work and advocating for more compassionate, equitable approaches to care. My practice is person-centred and relational, with a strong focus on family systems and the connections that shape our lives.
At Feel to Heal, I support parents and carers who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about what to try next. My approach is non-judgemental and practical, recognising that parenting is complex and that every family is different. I work alongside parents to understand their child’s needs, strengthen family relationships, and build confidence in their parenting. Grounded in a strengths-based and family systems approach, I aim to create a supportive space where parents feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
I’m trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, Children & Residential Experiences: Creating Conditions for Change, Love Bites and Bringing Up Great Kids.
Outside of work you’ll find me at a gig, watching wrestling with friends, listening to an audiobook, playing video games or going for a swim.
