Our Services

Whether you’re needing 1:1 support, an exploration of your neurotype through an assessment, or prefer to be supported among a group of likeminded folk, we’ve got something for you!

Individual Therapy

Sometimes life feels messy, overwhelming, or just plain hard to figure out. Individual therapy gives you a safe space to explore what’s going on for you, with someone who listens without judgment and gets where you’re coming from. Together, we’ll unpack challenges, build on your strengths, and find strategies that actually fit your life—not just a textbook. Whether you’re looking for clarity, support, or a fresh perspective, therapy is about empowering you to create change in a way that feels real and sustainable.

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for your sessions if you have a valid GP referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. This means your out-of-pocket cost is reduced, making therapy more accessible. If you’re not sure how it works, we can walk you through the process and point you in the right direction.

For our costs and more information on therapy and the MHTP, see our FAQs.

  • Our fee schedule for Individual therapy is as follows:

Provisional Psychologist$160 per 50 minute session

Registered Counsellor$160 per 50 minute session

Mental Health Social Worker$240 per 50 minute session

Registered Psychologist$260 per 50 minute session

Clinical Psychologist$310 per 50 minute session

  • You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. Unfortunately, sessions with a Provisional Psychologist and Registered Counsellor do not attract a rebate from Medicare.

  • Some clinicians may offer after-hours and public holiday appointments; surcharges may apply for these appointments.

  • Therapy doesn’t have to happen in a room to feel the Feel to Heal magic. Our telehealth sessions offer the same warmth, support, and human connection—just from your own couch, kitchen table or cosy corner.

Our approach stays the same—gentle, affirming, and human. The only real difference is the screen.

Same care, same connection, delivered to your home.

  • While we are not an NDIS registered provider, self-managed participants are welcome to reach out for support.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is an evidence-based therapy designed to help your brain process and release distressing memories, emotions, or experiences that may be holding you back.

At Feel to Heal, we use EMDR in a safe, supportive way, moving at your pace and making sure you feel grounded and in control throughout the process. It’s not about reliving trauma—it’s about helping your mind make sense of it so you can heal and move forward.

EMDR can help with trauma, anxiety, grief, and other overwhelming experiences, giving you tools to feel lighter, calmer, and more in charge of your emotional world.

Healing doesn’t have to be rushed. With EMDR, you take the steps that feel right for you—and we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.

Psychological Assessments

Getting an assessment isn’t about finding out what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about understanding how your brain works and what helps you thrive. We offer assessments to explore your neurotype and can assess for ADHD, Autism, and learning disorders in a way that celebrates neurodiversity and respects your unique story.

Through the process, we’ll explore your strengths, challenges, and needs so you can gain clarity, self-understanding, and practical recommendations. Whether it’s for school, work, or just for yourself, the goal is to empower you (or your child) with insights that open doors—not limit them.

For more information on the types of assessments we offer and what the process involves, see our FAQs.

  • We believe that assessment is most powerful when it’s meaningful and empowering. We take time to help individuals, families and educators understand the outcomes clearly, using a strengths-based approach to guide recommendations. Our goal is always to base conclusions on what is true of and best for the individual, not just what is convenient for key stakeholders.

  • Assessment typically includes an initial parent or client interview, up to three one-on-one testing sessions, and questionnaires for caregivers, educators or the individual. A detailed feedback session follows, where we walk through the findings together. In some cases, a school observation may also be recommended and discussed as part of the process.

Group Therapy

Therapy doesn’t always have to be one-on-one. Group therapy brings people together who are going through similar challenges, offering support, connection, and the chance to learn from each other. It’s a safe, guided space where you can share (only if you want to), pick up practical tools, and realise you’re not alone in what you’re facing.

Groups can be a great option while waiting for individual therapy, giving you skills and support right away. We also design our groups around the needs we see in our community—focusing on areas where there just is not enough support. That way, you get targeted, meaningful support while building connections that last beyond the group.

Depending on the group, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for your group therapy sessions if you have a valid GP referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, and some groups may be eligible to use your NDIS funding.

  • Group therapy can reduce feelings of isolation and create a sense of belonging. Sharing in a group setting often helps participants realise they are not alone in their challenges, and allows for learning through reflection, shared stories and collective support.

  • We offer a range of group programs tailored by age and area of focus. These change across the year depending on interest and availability. You can view our current groups and register your interest heading to our groups program page

Clinical Supervision

Supervision should feel safe, supportive, and practical—not intimidating. We work with placement students, interns, and early-career psychologists to help them grow confidence in their clinical voice, sharpen their judgement, and find their own style as a therapist.

Our approach balances guidance and independence: We’re available and approachable, but we also give you the space to experiment, reflect, and figure things out in your own way. Together, we’ll work on reducing that all-too-common imposter syndrome so you can feel grounded, capable, and proud of the work you do.

Connect with us to see whether we have availability for placements or supervision.

  • Some of our psychologists are AHPRA-accredited supervisors and can provide primary or secondary supervision for:

    • 4+2 or 5+1 internships

    • Masters placements

    • Clinical Psychology registrar programs
