Hello, I’m Jess! I am a registered psychologist at Feel to Heal Psychology. I support people of all ages with a range of concerns, including low mood, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, stress, and eating and body image concerns. I also have a keen interest in working with individuals living with chronic health conditions. I strive to make therapy as tailored as possible for each client, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

My approach is warm and empowering, with a focus on helping clients develop self-compassion and confidence in the unique strengths I see in them. I aim to meet clients where they are, whether they are attending therapy for the first time or are many steps into their journey. Therapy is therefore collaborative and client-centred, shaped by each person’s needs, values, and goals.

Outside of my clinical work, you’ll find me working on my PhD (in Clinical Psychology) or hanging with my beautiful family, friends, and animals. With my free-time, I wish I could say I do fun and interesting things, however, you’ll more than likely find me napping!
