This group is for kids with ADHD who want to better understand how their brains work—and learn ways to make it work for them. Through lots of fun, hands-on activities and group discussions, kids learn and practise skills in emotional regulation, supporting executive functioning, and social strategies in a supportive environment.
We focus on helping kids celebrate their unique strengths and grow confidence in themselves, showing that ADHD is a difference, not a deficit. In the group, they’re supported in a safe space with other kids who “get it,” where everyone can share, learn, and practise new skills without judgment. The goal is for each child to leave feeling capable, proud, and empowered to grow with their ADHD in their own way.
For kids with ADHD aged 8-12 years.
Sessions are 1.5 hours for 5 weeks.
