This group is for adults who are ready to understand their ADHD brain differently! Rather than focusing on "fixing" ADHD, we explore how to work with your brain by building self-understanding, reducing overwhelm, and learning practical strategies that actually fit the way you think and function. Along the way, you'll connect with other ADHDers, because sometimes the most powerful part of healing is realising you're not alone.
You do not need to be diagnosed to attend, AuDHDers are also very welcome!
Sessions are 1.5 hours for 6 weeks.
