Miranda Cody-Osborne

Provisional Psychologist

BPsych (Hons), MCP student

Hi, I’m Miranda!

I’m a provisional psychologist, currently completing the final year of my Master of Clinical Psychology. I enjoy working with people across the lifespan and creating a warm, safe space where clients can work towards their goals. I have a particular interest in supporting children, adolescents and their families experiencing anxiety, mood and emotion regulation challenges.

In my work I draw on evidence supported approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as well as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor sessions to each person’s unique needs. I believe that therapy should be collaborative and empowering, and I aim to help clients feel understood and supported.

Outside of my time at Feel to Heal, you can usually find me studying, spending time with family and friends or curled up on the couch with a good book.
