Nicola Cohen
Hiya, my name is Nic!
I’ve spent my career working with children, adolescents and their families, in addition to young adults, to support them with a number of different challenges. I pride myself on my open, authentic, down to earth nature that makes clients feel safe, relaxed, and seen.
As my career has developed and Feel to Heal has blossomed, I have had to make the difficult decision to step away from individual client work at this stage so that I can focus on the development of our Growing with ADHD group program, supervision, and ongoing growth of this beautiful practice.
Being confirmed as an ADHDer a few years ago myself and realising that my path could have looked very different (and burn out free) had I understood my brain earlier has driven my passion to change this cycle as much as I can. My time is now devoted to developing groups, resources, and supports to help support all neurodivergent folk, their parents, their teachers, and employers to try and end the incessant self-esteem crisis we see across all neurodivergent neurotypes.
Outside of work, I am a wife and mama to three beautiful children (I’m thinking 3/3 ADHDers…), and two lovely fur babies. We love spending time together as a family whether that be travelling the world (yes, we’re crazy!), hanging out with friends, playing board games, or chilling and curling up to watch a movie.
